Refund Policy for Our Hair Products and Services

Our products and services all come with warranties and guarantees required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds for Products: 


If you purchased your products online, we are happy to provide a full refund under the following circumstances:

  • You return the products within 7 business days, unused, unopened and in the same packaging provided. 
  • You will also be required to pay the costs of any return and are responsible for ensuring they reach us.

 

Refund for Services: 

Whilst we at all times abide by Australian Consumer Law with respect to any refunds, warranties and guarantees, we do not provide any refunds for our hair services that have been provided. 

Please be aware that final results may differ from photographs due to a number of circumstances which may be out of our control, including the nature of your hair, colour or style chosen, thickness, curl and other characteristics. We do provide a consultation prior to discuss these issues and should you choose to not go ahead with any recommendation we may make, we cannot be held responsible.

However, if you feel your cut may be uneven, or style that is not sitting correctly, we will try to work with you to adjust the hair service provided within 7 days of your visit. We ask that you do not touch the cut or, if you have attended another barbershop in the 7 day period before returning for any adjustment to your original hair services, we will otherwise decline to assist you.

Please contact us within the 7 day period of receiving our services so we may assist you to arrange another appointment.

Gift Vouchers:

 

  • Purchased Gift Vouchers valid for 3 years from the date of purchase
  • Not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
  • Giveaway Gift Vouchers valid for 3 months from the date of issue
